The Role: Patient Services Representative MaineGeneral Health Patient Service Reps are the pillar of our practices. Each PSR acts as a patient advocate, access specialist, and service coordinator.

• The Work: Greets patients, answers phones, and performs clerical duties as needed to support clinical departments Schedules appointment times using computerized scheduling programs Verifies insurance.
