Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a minimum of one year specifically in addiction medicine, including experience prescribing SUD medications. Active state licensure in at least one of the specified states (FL, IL, MI, OH, NJ, or TX), an active DEA license, and current BLS certification are mandatory.
