Key Responsibilities

Coordinating refills and dispensing specialty medications for patients seen at the CU Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (HTC) Provides drug information and education for the HTC staff.

Participates in gathering data for Pharmacy Patient Management Program Quality Management Committee member Participate in clinical and pharmacy QI projects.

Share on Call 24/7 pager responsibility (33%25) with other HTC Pharmacists, for bleeding disorders patients of the HTC Pharmacy.

Work Location: Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $110K - $120K

Signing bonus: $10,400.
