- Employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
- Conducts behavioral health, needs, and risk assessments and develops individualized, housing-focused support plans to address client needs, goals, and barriers to housing stability.
- Provides clinical judgement and guidance to program leadership and staff based on assessment findings, incident trends, and emerging behavioral health needs.

Work Schedule
