Key Responsibilities

The Rehab Director will manage and supervise clinical therapy staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards. They are also responsible for program development, operational management, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant therapy discipline and possess valid state licensure as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA. A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or a related healthcare field is required.
