Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) - Emergency Department

Step into a leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Emergency Department at ChristianaCare’s Wilmington and Union Hospitals. This full-time exempt position offers an annual salary range of $100,152 to $160,243. You will lead transformational change, provide expert clinical consultation, direct patient care, and educate staff and patients.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in nursing with CNS program completion, CNS licensure in Delaware or Maryland, national CNS certification, and at least five years of clinical and leadership experience. BLS certification and RN licensure in Delaware are required.
