Key Responsibilities

Provides a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s

Requirements

Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants

Provides patient and/or family education to help achieve goals

Documents course of patient care including progress and continuing need for treatment

Participates in multidisciplinary meetings ensuring patient continuity of care Qualifications:
