About the Role
Join Unity Healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner in United States. Regional Occupational Care Center – Requisition #2577 Unity Healthcare is a comprehensive, multi-specialty healthcare provider with offices throughout North Central Indiana. We have over 20 specialties, including an award winning surgery center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients
- Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly
- Deliver high quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in
- office physician
Requirements
- Board Certified
- A Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus!
