Key Responsibilities

Include: · Effective patient care using approved treatment techniques and procedures.

Evaluation of patient’s condition, functioning level and treatment goals and keeping current records.

· After evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning administering and supervising the COTAs and HHAs in accordance with the treatment plan.

· Administers appropriate evaluations to assess patient’s level of function and develops therapy goals.

Requirements

Qualifications Include: · Licensed OT in MN.

· Minimum of 1 year as an OT experience preferred.

· OASIS and Wellsky (Kinser) experience strongly preferred.

· Physical within 6 months prior to first patient contact.

Salary: $75/hr

Work Schedule

Full-Time/Part-Time position.
