Key Responsibilities

Documents necessary information in the patients medical record and on other forms, and communicates that information to members of the health care team.

Demonstrates knowledge of the NYULMC Core Values and incorporates these into the performance of responsibilities.

Participates in quality improvement programs and activities that promote patient, family, physician and staff satisfaction.

Participates in clinical inquiry and activities to foster evidence

Requirements

Three years post-graduate hospital experience as a respiratory therapist with one year significant perinatal/pediatric experience; BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS Certification.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
