Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes to relieve pain and restore function. Oversee therapy services provided by PTAs and maintain clinical documentation according to Medicare and Federal guidelines.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and BLS certification. Candidates must have 1-2 years of PT experience, with Home Health and HCHB charting experience preferred.
