About the Role

Join URP Behavioral Health as a Primary Therapist – Mental Health Residential in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a mental health residential treatment setting

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, clinical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans

• Assist in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care through appropriate referrals and aftercare coordination

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field required

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision) preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting preferred, particularly with high

• acuity populations

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65K - $85K

• 13 days PTO.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
