Join FORTUNE SOCIETY INC as a Social Worker – Justice Involved Housing in United States. Job DetailsJob Location: Academy (West Harlem) - New York, NY 10031Position Type: Full-Time ExemptSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.

Key Responsibilities

and Responsibilities: Provide support to the housing specialist, case managers to ensure housing applications are completed timely.

This includes the timely completion of psychosocial assessments for CAPS applications.

Review incoming referrals and implement treatment plan recommendations for the case management team.

Support the program for group facilitation and engagement.

Requirements

speaking preferred; Strong computer skills, particularly in electronic health records; Excellent resident

Salary: $70K - $75K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
