Primary Therapist (Mental Health)

Join URP Behavioral Health as a Primary Therapist (Mental Health) in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a mental health residential treatment setting.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, clinical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans.

• Assist in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care through appropriate referrals and aftercare coordination.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field required.

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision) preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting preferred, particularly with high-acuity populations.

• Strong computer skills and general proficiency with electronic systems required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65K - $85K
