Key Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and supervises the social services program of the Arizona State Veteran Home
- Ensures timely completion of assessments and documentation per federal and state regulations and facility policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with the PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) process
- Supervises subordinate staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the work unit are met
Requirements
- Active social work license issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners upon placement into position
- Ability to obtain and retain a valid AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to drive a vehicle in the course of conducting State business and possession of a current, valid, state
- issued driver's license
