Assists the physician with the clinical operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• · Performs Medical Assessment of clients/clients of the facility to determine general physical condition, following standard medical procedures.

• Completes documentation in the medical record accurately and timely recording all care rendered.

• · Organizes data concerning client's family, personal (medical and mental) history, and onset of symptoms obtained from client, relative and other source such as registered nurse or social worker.

Requirements

-; may also require a current DEA license.

• · CPR and de-escalation certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
