About the Role
Join University Health Partners of Hawaii as a 340B Physician in United States. POSITION SUMMARY The 340B Physician has a strong commitment to pharmaceutical management of patient care for rural, uninsured, and underserved populations. The provider will provide consultations, medication management, and consult with healthcare facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as 340B Drug Program physician in an inpatient or ambulatory/outpatient setting at contracted institutions or affiliated health centers.
- Works with the communities and provides consultations and follow
- up visits on patients requiring care as appropriate.
- Prepare medical staff education and programs for physicians, RNs, Pharmacists, and other providers.
Requirements
- All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Successful completion of an ACGME
- accredited Internal Medicine residency program
