ABA Therapist (RBT)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Implement behavior-reduction programs and collect accurate data while maintaining professional relationships with families.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active RBT certification and have reliable transportation for in-home sessions. A passion for working with children is required, and fluency in Spanish is preferred.
