Trauma Group Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions and provide individual support to patients in a crisis-level mental health setting. Responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships, utilizing trauma-informed interventions, and collaborating with the treatment team to manage patient progress and discharges.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC license or be eligible for such licensure. Experience working with adults in group and individual therapy settings, along with knowledge of trauma-focused interventions like CPT and PE, is required.
