About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring full-time, part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses for home health visits in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Flexible schedules and 1:1 care promote excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans.
• Conduct home visits in assigned geographic areas.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Document care using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current PA Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to cases.
