The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans to treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in geriatric patients. They will also provide evidence-based therapy and educate caregivers on effective management strategies to improve patient functional independence.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess an active, unencumbered license in Indiana. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and reliable transportation for travel between patient residences are required.
