Key Responsibilities

• develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• NBCOT certification and state licensure/registration.

• Minimum one year of experience or completion of a 6–8 week preceptorship.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits & Compensation

• CME allowance: $4,000.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
