Key Responsibilities
- to include: · Provide exceptional patient care, evaluation, assessment, and treatment appropriate for patients with complex or specialized needs.
- · Participate in the development of innovative clinical teaching activities to meet the learning needs of staff and students.
- · Exhibit divisional and/or departmental leadership by: o Serving as a clinical resource and maintain an elevated level of clinical productivity.
- o Participate in clinical research and collaborate on special projects.
Requirements
- · A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy is required.
- · Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
- · 2+ years of experience in Occupational Therapy is required, with a high degree of understanding of patients with behavioral health dysfunctions.
- · Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities.
