EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensed as a RN in the State of Virginia.

Graduate of an approved program of instruction for Adult, Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioners.

Certification as an Adult, Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner as required by the State of Virginia.
