Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide home
  • based speech therapy to patients having communication, swallowing or cognitive difficulties due to an illness or injury
  • Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT and OT, focused on the patient’s plan of care and established goals
  • Observe and evaluate a patient’s ability to communicate, swallow and process information

Requirements

  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
  • Language Pathologists (SLPs). Operating through 300+ offices, our commitment to you is expressed through a family
