About the Role

Join Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital as a Mental Health Worker - Behavioral Health in United States. Overview Department: Behavioral Health - Adult Intensive Unit. Schedule: Per Diem | Nights | 7p-7a| Must work 4 shifts every 4 weeks and 2 out of the 4 must be on the weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Performs some clerical duties as assigned and provides basic nursing care for the adult and geriatric patients.

Performs responsibilities within the guidelines of the Nursing Structure Standards, Hospital/Nursing Policy and state regulatory and accrediting.

Requirements

Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Must have current and valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant issued by the State if a CNA.

If not a CNA, must have a minimum of one year experience working as Mental Health Worker in a hospital setting.

BLS within 30 days of hire and maintain current.

One (1) year prior mental health experience preferred.

Salary: $23.87/hr

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
