Key Responsibilities

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Provide Physican coverage (remotely and in person) at different locations based on need
Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients
Deliver psychiatric care for dually diagnosed clients and participate in case conferences and treatment reviews
Support provider productivity and assist with practice management strategies to improve patient access to care
Champion quality improvement and actively participate in performance initiatives
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications Required
Prepare and maintain required documentation, reports, and patient records

Benefits & Compensation

Leadership & Supervision
Minimum 1 year of supervision experience
Experience with substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, and behavioral health treatment
Commitment to maintaining CME and licensure requirements
Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to Psych NPs (APPs), ensuring quality standards of care, and providing psychiatric treatment across levels of service
Supervision responsibilities also include chart review of APPs for quality and accuracy as well as on-call advice for APPs related to patient care when needed

Work Schedule

Title: Psychiatrist - Pomona Outpatient (part-time)
Provide after-hours on-call availability as requested
