• Managerial, supervisory responsibilities in an acute mental healthcare setting experience preferred.

• Responsibilities Oversee and manage intake and patient services operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Supervise intake and patient services staff, providing guidance and support in patient care and inquiry calls.
