About the Role
Join UnityPoint Health as a Pharmacist-Hospital in United States. Overview Inpatient Pharmacist - Dubuque, IA Join our dedicated pharmacy team and make a meaningful impact in patient care. We are hiring: Shift: Full-time, primarily days Monday - Friday, for 80 hours per pay period.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews medication orders and patient profiles for drug/drug and drug/allergy interactions and therapeutic duplications.
- Makes recommendations to providers and documents interventions.
- Participates in monitoring medications for safety and effectiveness.
- Perform medication verification as required by law.
Requirements
- Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Experience: Appropriate pharmacy setting experience preferred, but not required.
- License(s)/Certification(s): Must be licensed or obtain licensure to practice Pharmacy in Iowa.
Benefits & Compensation
- Signing bonus: $10,000.

Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
