About the Role

Join VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Inc as a Speech Language Pathologist in United States. The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is looking for a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Rutland County. Would you like to work for a caring and supportive home health company that values its employees?

Key Responsibilities

Performs a comprehensive speech and language physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment as evidenced by documentation in the clinical record.

Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's communication and swallowing status.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.

Provide direct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy services in the patient's home.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech

Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Speech

Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $52.26/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.
