About the Role

Join VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region Inc as a Speech Language Pathologist in United States. The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region is looking for a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Rutland County. Key Responsibilities

  • Performs a comprehensive speech and language physical, psychosocial, and safety assessment as evidenced by documentation in the clinical record.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's communication and swallowing status.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs.
  • Provide direct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy services in the patient's home.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech
  • Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech
  • Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
