🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Nephrologist to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing complex kidney disorders in children, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary care and clinical excellence.
🧠 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage pediatric renal conditions, including

Congenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT) Nephrotic and nephritic syndromes Acute and chronic kidney disease Hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and tubular disorders Oversee dialysis programs (peritoneal and hemodialysis) for pediatric patients Collaborate with pediatric urologists, endocrinologists, and intensivists for integrated care Guide renal transplant evaluations and post-transplant management Interpret renal imaging, biopsy results, and advanced lab diagnostics Educate families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and long-term care plans Participate in clinical audits, research, and CME activities 📋 Qualifications & Experience Certification: Board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology (e. g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent) Licensure: DHA license or eligibility required Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital setting Proven expertise in managing complex renal cases and dialysis in children Strong communication and a family-centered care approach Commitment to continuous learning and clinical innovation 💼 Compensation & Benefits Competitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000/month depending on experience) Annual performance bonus Housing allowance or furnished accommodation Family medical insurance CME allowance and paid study leave Relocation support and visa sponsorship Salary: 70000 - 90000 AED Per month
