About the Role

Join UW Medical Center - Montlake as an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in kidney transplant care. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday day shift schedule with no weekends or nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consults and follow-up visits for transplant patients.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and other providers.
  • Provide triage, urgent care, and longitudinal patient management.

Requirements

  • National certification as ARNP/PA-C with DEA.
  • Current Washington State RN and ARNP or PA licensure.
  • Graduate degree from accredited NP or PA program.
  • Experience in transplant services and interdisciplinary collaboration.
