About the Role
Join UW Medical Center - Montlake as an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in kidney transplant care. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday day shift schedule with no weekends or nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consults and follow-up visits for transplant patients.
- Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and other providers.
- Provide triage, urgent care, and longitudinal patient management.
Requirements
- National certification as ARNP/PA-C with DEA.
- Current Washington State RN and ARNP or PA licensure.
- Graduate degree from accredited NP or PA program.
- Experience in transplant services and interdisciplinary collaboration.

- Salary range $135,996 - $206,556 annually.
