Key Responsibilities

  • Provides occupational therapy services for the treatment of physical and psychological dysfunctions.
  • Provides direct patient care using a variety of sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning.
  • Appropriately supervises occupational therapy assistants, support personnel and students.
  • Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program or educationally equivalent coursework if foreign trained, along with a current Indiana State license and AHA Basic Life Support certification. NBCOT certification is preferred.
