About the Role

Join Presbyterian Homes & Services as a Hospice Social Worker – Full-Time in United States. Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Optage Hospice is seeking a Full Time Social Worker to join its team. Optage Hospice offers older adult patients, their families and caregivers the care, insight and guidance to live as fully and comfortably as possible.

Key Responsibilities

site chaplains and spiritual program; recognize the importance of spiritual matters to clients and employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.

One year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.

Current licensure as a social worker in state in which he/she practices if required by state law.

Prior experience working with seniors and their families in senior housing, service or health care related environment preferred.
