Divisional Float Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health Visits

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Divisional Float Registered Nurse to provide home health services to adult and geriatric clients across multiple offices in the North Carolina triad area. This full-time float RN position requires daytime availability Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans according to patient needs.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Accurately document all care management activities using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year recent home health experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
