The Unit Assistant supports the inpatient unit, charge nurse, and staff by providing clerical, receptionist, and concierge services, while effectively communicating and assisting with patient and family needs collaboratively with nursing staff. This role requires providing exceptional family-centered customer service by courteously greeting and assisting all staff, patients, family members, and visitors with respect and concern.
