Join Oregon Integrated Health as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care Clinic Oregon in United States. Seeking PMHNP for Medication Management for an Integrated Primary Care Health Clinic. $145,000-$150,000 Salary based on Experience and FTE Flexible on Days/Hours!

Key Responsibilities

  • Medically evaluates patients and assesses their medical status.
  • Diagnoses the mental status of patients of Oregon Integrated Health by mental assessment and physical examination.
  • Determines, establishes and administers an overall treatment program for patients with a persistent or serious mental illness.

Requirements

  • 1yr employment, 1000hrs worked, at least 21yrs of age) Eligible for OIH.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $145,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Signing bonus: $5,000.
  • 160 days PTO.
  • CME allowance: $700.
