About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time home health nursing in Rockingham, NC. You will provide care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes across Richmond and Moore counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans based on patient needs.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.
• Accurately document all care management activities using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
