Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations.
- manage acute and chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease, and other internal.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies in acc.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.

- Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP
- GNP), Adult (ANP
- C), Additional certifications require approval from a market executive leader: Adult
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
