The Behavior Analyst will lead and support Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and high-quality care. They are responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing innovative ABA programs tailored to client needs.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires successful completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
