- Serves as a knowledgeable resource for nursing staff, physicians, students, and new respiratory staff.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives by evaluating performance and recommending enhancements.
- Responds promptly to all respiratory care requests and emergency pages.
- Supports staff development through education and training programs.
