Job Description: ACP is seeking passionate school-based mental health therapists to serve students in Dakota County.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop focused treatment plans in a fast

paced school setting.

Provide individual and family therapy to students (ages 5

21) in Dakota County schools. Consult and collaborate with school staff as a mental health team member.

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field and are on track to become an LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.

Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with youth and families.

A desire for teaming.

Strong communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $62.4K - $66.6K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
