Key Responsibilities

  • As Nurse Practitioner, you will: Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure timely rounds for all admissions, discharges, and complex patients with timely and accurate documentation to demonstrate the reason and outcome of session.
  • Provide individualized care for all patients based on individual symptoms, needs and evaluation and in accordance with the agreed upon treatment plan.
  • Attend and at times lead MEC, P&T, Quality, and UR committees within the facilities.
