About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an RN Clinical Manager for pediatric home care in North Brunswick, NJ. You will lead and supervise nursing staff, conduct assessments, and oversee care plans for clients across Middlesex County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate nursing staff.
• Visit adult and pediatric skilled nursing clients.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and competencies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Homecare experience a plus.
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.

• Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 per year.
