Requirements
- EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Graduate of a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education, or an approved successor organization.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT No additional experience is required.
- Must possess and maintain a Physical Therapist License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
