The Behavior Analyst will lead clinical care by designing individualized treatment plans and supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. They will also conduct FBAs, provide parent education, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with high fidelity.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. Additionally, an active LBA certification in the state of North Carolina is required.
