Key Responsibilities
- traumatic brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury populations, ages 13 and older.
Requirements
- For employment on the medical units, knowledge of neurodevelopment treatment and motor control and understanding of neurological dysfunction and its effect on motor performance.
- Knowledge of traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular accidents, neuropsychological and physical disability evaluations and how to conduct appropriate Occupational Therapy intervention.
- For employment on the neuropsychiatric units, knowledge of sensory processing and sensory motor disorders, its impact on developmental and psychosocial skills, and appropriate treatment interventions.
