Key Responsibilities

Work therapeutically with a diverse client population through individual therapy and assessment, group therapy, or other process groups, as required.

Monitor client progression on recovery, identify barriers and recommend adjustments to treatment plans.

Delivers education sessions to clients, as well as to public audiences and external groups as needed.

Completes detailed documentation and charting appropriately. Prepares and completes forms, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner.

Requirements

Registered Occupational Therapist in the province of residence; willing to register in other provinces with ability to practice in Nova Scotia

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

2+ years’ experience working with clients with mental health, substance use disorders, trauma, concurrent disorders, etc.

Experience working with clients on disability services, workers

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $80K - $90K

Pension plan offered.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.
