About the Role

Requirements

to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Education Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work (Required) Work Experience Hospital/Health Agency experience.

Develops plans with attention to individual patient and family goals

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.
