Key Responsibilities

  • This position is part of a team whose primarily responsibility is to improve the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record.
  • This position will also serve as an educational resource for all members of the health care team on an ongoing basis on issues related to clinical documentation.

  • 4:30pm Weekend Requirements: No On
  • Call Requirements: No

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • Day shift only - no nights.
